So i bought minecraft about a year ago and have played it a couple times since, but my little brother wanted to play so i bought him mine craft May 10. We did not get the game when we bought it though like I thought we would it being a electronic transaction. I assumed that it was maybe just processing or something so we waited till the next day. I had checked paypal and my bank account and they both had been charged for the purchase so i emailed customer support and it took them a whole day to reply to one email. I gave them the transaction ID and they told me that the ID was linked to my mc account. So i explained that i had one and purchased this one for my brother with the same paypal account. I dont know what to do the money is payed and they want to say that the game is not paid for when it clearly is. Will some one help me out im waiting for a reply from them now I dont know if the better business bureau could help me or not any suggestions? Without making sentences you are incomprehensible. Go back to school. If you bought the PC/Mac version of it (A.K.A the Java Minecraft) and you have Windows 10, you can redeem a code that's found in your Mojang account once to your Microsoft account to get it for free. This may have changed by the time your viewing it. I came here for help.I revised the paragraph now sorry I was getting ready for school and rushed it the first time. You don't have to be mean I'm 17 not a kid I wanted help I don't need you bashing me for nothing. I have emailed the company that's the problem they want to say I haven't paid for it when I have. Well, as far as minecraft goes, buying it doesn't really give you download link as such. You either get the login ID/name (or lately, you log in with email instead but still) or gift code. You can then use the email tied to the account to log in to mojang.com and see your gift codes and/or other stuff or minecraft.net to log in and download the game/server if you want. I am not sure how well things work with two accounts being on same email since lately logins to that are done with email. ![]() If just having the game is the issue and you have two working logins for it, it doesn't really matter who downloaded it. The client is same for everyone as far as it goes, login verification is done when you launch the game. Also if you bought it from anywhere besides mojang/minecraft.net, it is highly likely that you were cheated on. Past those two there are no 'official' sellers as far as I know. Hi, I'm currently having the same exact problem as you were. Did they ever fix the problem? Did it take long? Did they give you your money back if they couldnt fix it?
